Penny Stacker

The penny stacker is mainly used for the sorting and stacking work of biscuits after cooling, ensuring that the biscuits keep stacked before entering the next process (such as packaging), which facilitates the manual transfer of biscuits. The penny stacker enables biscuits to move at different speeds on the conveyor belt through differential transmission and height difference. This design allows the biscuits to automatically adjust their positions and form a neat arrangement. The penny stacker is usually composed of three to four conveyor belts. The speed of each conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the actual needs to achieve the most perfect stacking of biscuits.
