The main function of milk wash is that it evenly spread various liquids, such as egg liquid and milk, on the surface of the dough blanks before they enters the oven. This not only enhances the taste of the biscuits but also improves their visual performance, diversifying the product forms.
The milk wash consists of a hopper, a liquid level tray, a water feeding roller, a transition roller, a brush roller and a recovery roller. Liquids will pass through the milk wash in sequence of these structures one by one.
